Andrea, a competitive team player, has been serving with PS as an Account Manager since 2020. Andrea has over 25 years of experience in the direct mail industry, and she is knowledgeable about production, print & mail shop suppliers, and marketing. Andrea's clients include Covenant House. Her impeccable customer service skills and authentic communication make Andrea an invaluable asset to her PS team. ​

Andrea, originally from Queens, New York, lives in Wilton, Connecticut with her husband where she telecommutes full-time. In her free time, she loves hiking, wine tasting, and going to the theater. She also enjoys spending time with her son, daughter, and their poodle mix rescue, Snoopy.​

April is a Senior Account Manager and has been serving with PS since 2018. The accounts that April works on are SOI, NAC, RRD and RST, and she benefits her clients each and everyday with her dedication and enthusiasm for her occupation. April has been in the industry for 15 years, and she benefits every organization she serves. April works remotely from Palmer, Alaska, and enjoys spending time with her dogs and horses, as well as driving horse-drawn carriages in downtown Anchorage.

Bill is a compassionate leader as a Production Director, and he has been serving with PS since 2015. With over 20 years of experience under his belt, Bill promotes value in his everyday work by defining clear expectations and focusing on the positive. Bill’s growth mindset, optimism, willingness to provide opportunities, and ability to empower his colleagues to add tremendous value to the PS team. ​

​Bill resides in Montclair, Virginia and he enjoys spending time with his family. Bill is also an avid reader, enjoys watching sports, and his favorite TV show is Jeopardy.​

Chris has been serving with PS since 2014 as an Account Manager. Chris telecommutes full-time from Tampa, Florida, and he enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his yellow lab. Chris is retired from the US Navy, and his wife, Shannon, also works for PS! Chris’ prior work includes VP Operations in several different printing companies, he received an MBA and he has 30 years of experience in the direct mail and nonprofit industry. Chris’ clients are the American Cancer Society and the National Parks Conservation Association, and Chris’ ability to understand and convey his clients’ vision and mission is inspiring.

CC, a dedicated team member and a Senior Account Manager, has been in the industry for 17 years. He is constantly inspiring and engaging his colleagues and clients. Having worked as a Print, Mail and Postal Logistics Production Manager at a direct response agency in the past, CC brings expertise and a devotion to excellence to his job. His attention to detail, genuine desire to deliver impeccable customer service and dedication to meeting deadlines has made him a valuable team member at PS and an enormous asset to the clients he serves. Since joining the PS team, CC has created a powerful and positive impact with everyone in his path, especially his clients and their missions.

CC telecommutes from Virginia Beach, Virginia. CC has a hamster and a bearded dragon, and he enjoys building simple wood projects, coaching little league baseball and strumming the ukulele in his free time.

Debbie, a cheerful and dedicated hard-worker, has been with PS since 2010 and is a Senior Account Manager. Debbie is from Bronx, New York, and currently lives in Virginia. Some of Debbie’s interests are old movies, animals and shopping! With over nine years in the industry, Debbie delivers an impeccable service experience and she has a strong attention to detail. Debbie’s clients include National Parks Conservation Association and American Heart Association, and they are fortunate to have Debbie’s kind-hearted and joyful demeanor working on their missions.

Don, an enthusiastic leader, is a Production Director and has  been serving with PS since 2012. Don has over 30 years of experience in the industry, and when  he reached PS in 2012 he felt he reached home, calling PS  the mecca of Direct Mail Production. He utilizes his  experiences and continued growth to setup clients, suppliers  and Production Solutions for success.​

Don is from Owings,  Maryland, and he enjoys volunteering at his church and within the community, spending time with his wife, kids and friends. Don is the youngest of seven,  served in the Air Force for four years and lived in Turkey for 18  months, which he calls one of the best experiences of his life.

Ella, an extraordinary leader, is a Production Director and has been serving with PS since 2010. Ella lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland, and she enjoys going on walks, going to the theater, reading books, traveling and practicing mindful living. Her favorite holiday is New Years, she is fluent in Polish and her favorite movie is Pretty Woman! Ella has gained over 25 years of experience focusing on collaboration, cost savings, efficiencies, and technology from an innovative and environmentally friendly approach. She has special expertise in newspaper/ magazine advertising, direct mail, out of home, collateral and premiums. Ella’s clients include Heifer International, Wellstone and International Rescue Committee, and Ella’s calm and centered approach paired with her valuable insights is what makes her so great.

A dedicated team player, Gina has been serving with PS since 2019. Gina has over 30 years of experience in our industry, and she has a background in Production Management with scheduling, print, lettershop, logistics, postal and fulfillment. Gina is clearly invested in success and her positivity and authenticity shines through in her impactful work. From Bensalem, Pennsylvania, Gina loves spending time with her husband and their yellow lab, Tucci. She also enjoys cooking, nature and doing activities with her grandson!​

Jen is a passionate thought leader and has been serving PS since 2019. Jen is from Hartford, Connecticut, and she telecommutes full time. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and her dog. Jen has over six years of experience in our industry and her skills are showcased with her everyday work resulting in successes and making a positive impact. Her ability to inspire and engage her team and her clients is just one of the reasons she is so valuable to the PS team.

Jenn, a motivated team player, has been serving with PS since 2020. Her background includes 25+ years in the industry, most recently with the ASPCA, and she has been part of the Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association (DMFA) as a Board Member (since 2016) and currently serves on the Executive Committee as Secretary (since 2021). Jenn has over 25 years of experience in direct mail, branding and creative services. Her problem-solving abilities, willingness to try new things, and her sense of humor are some of the traits that make her a valuable team member. She loves serving nonprofits because it’s important to her to be a do-gooder and to help leave the world a better place than she found it. Jenn is curious and open-minded, and she assumes positive intent, which allows communication and relationships to flow smoothly. ​​

Jenn and her wife live in Westchester, NY, after 25 years in NYC and she originally hails from South Carolina and Florida. She is an avid consumer of SciFi and Fantasy and enjoys traveling, cooking, and a multitude of cats. ​

A positive team player, Jennifer has been serving with PS since 2019. Jennifer is from Virginia Beach, VIrginia and telecommutes full-time. She enjoys spending time with her children, Jessie and Marissa, and their two dogs. Jennifer is also a volunteer basketball coach, she loves gardening, and she enjoys refinishing furniture for her home. Her favorite holiday is Halloween and she routes for all Michigan State teams! Jennifer has over eight years of experience in our industry and she previously managed direct mail projects, from print purchasing to final billing. She has also worked in the non-profit sector and in hospitality management. Jennifer empowers her team, provides valuable opportunities and is a thought leader.

Jonathan is a Package Sample Coordinator here at PS, and he has been serving with PS since 2017. Jonathan is from Falls Church, Virginia, and his spirit brightens the PS office daily. Remaining curious and open minded in all that he does, Jonathan is a hard worker and he is passionate about his job.

Katie is an Associate Production Director and has been a part of the PS team since 2017. Before joining PS, Katie spent six years working at a marketing agency in Virginia Beach, where she started as a Production Coordinator and eventually managed the Production Services Department. Katie has over 8 years of experience in the industry and her client is MOT. Katie’s positive and personal approach makes her a customer service expert.

Katie telecommutes from Virginia Beach, Virginia, and she enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, drinking wine and going to the beach!​

Kenzie is a cheerful, dedicated worker, and has been serving PS as an Account Manager since 2019. Kenzie telecommutes from Goode, Virginia and she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matthew, and their two dogs, two cats and six ducks! Some of Kenzie’s favorite pastimes include shopping, crafting, baking and home design. Kenzie has been in the industry for four years and has a background in business administration. Kenzie’s optimistic approach, and her dedication to impeccable service for her clients, paired with her positive intent and honesty, are just a couple of her strong-suits that benefit the PS family.

Kevin, an optimistic thought leader, is an Account Manager and he has been serving with PS since 2019. Telecommuting from Levittown, Pennsylvania, Kevin enjoys spending his time with his wife, Dawn, his two cats, and his Savannah monitor! Golfing, bowling and grilling are some of his favorite activities. Kevin has been in the industry for over six years, and his commitment to impeccable service experiences for his clients makes Kevin an invaluable asset to the PS family. Kevin’s friendly demeanor and his supportive and patient attitude add to his ambition to deliver remarkable work each and every day.

Kevin has been serving with PS as a Senior Account Manager since 2014. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, Kevin’s clients rave about his attention to detail, his ability to communicate authentically and stay positive and personal during any circumstance, and his attitude towards investing in success for his client, for his team, and for others. Kevin focuses on the positive and he works to benefit every client he serves with impeccable customer service and an optimistic outlook. Telecommuting from Bristow, Virginia, Kevin enjoys dog training, fish keeping, entrepreneurialism, politics and spending time with his children, Kaitlin and Noah.

Lori is a Senior Account Manager and she has been serving PS since 2015. With over 12 years in our industry, Lori is committed to authentic communication and investing in success. Her clients include Heifer International and Eidolon. Lori’s ability to provide opportunities and promote value for those she serves is incredibly inspiring. Located in Greensboro, North Carolina, Lori telecommutes full time, where she enjoys spending time with her husband, Heath and their English bulldog rescue named Penelope. Lori also loves crafts of all kinds, upcycling old furniture, and her favorite foods are sushi and Ethiopian dishes.

Mark, a customer service Super Agent, has been serving with PS since 2010. Bringing humor and positivity to the office and his clients, Mark is a joy to be around. Mark roots for Penn State sports teams, as well as the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Nationals, and his favorite movies are Star Wars and X-Men. A Senior Account Manager, Mark has been involved in Direct Mail Print Production for most of his work life, mainly with financial services (Citi, Chase, Capital One). He has been in the industry for 30 years, and has a background in advertising and marketing. Mark’s accounts include ADA, MSF, AHA, and Northern VA Family Services.

Mary Ann is a Senior Account Manager and she has been serving with PS since 2016. She enjoys spending time with her sons, Liam and Luke, and their two dogs, Nikko and Bella. Mary Ann is from Scarsdale, New York, lived in New York City after college, moved to Los Angeles for 13 years and then move to Atlanta, Georgia in 2008, where she currently resides and telecommutes. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Mary Ann is consistently investing in success and is supportive and patient with her clients. Her ability to communicate authentically and to deliver an impeccable service experience to her clients each day is inspiring.

Melissa is a hardworking and enthusiastic Account Manager, and she has been serving with PS since 2016. With over 8 years of experience in our industry under her belt, Melissa has worked with a variety of non-profit organizations by providing consistent management on monthly acquisition, appeal and sustainer programs. She also helped develop and manage multiple sweepstake campaigns for various organizations. Melissa’s client is Heifer International, and she invests in success by empowering her clients and team on a regular basis.

Melissa is from Manassas, Virginia, and she enjoys exercising and staying active, hiking and camping in Shenandoah National Park, going on motorcycle rides and boxing. Melissa also loves to draw, and her favorite movies are Wedding Crashers and Twilight.

Meredith, an optimistic thought leader, is an Account Manager and she has been serving with PS since 2020. Meredith has been in the industry for over five years, and her commitment to impeccable service experiences for her clients makes her an invaluable asset to the PS family. Meredith’s friendly demeanor and supportive and patient attitude add to her ambition to deliver remarkable work and results each and every day.

Meredith was born and raised in the metro Washington area and currently lives in Springfield, VA with her husband, Kevin and her two French Bulldogs, Toby and Bella. Meredith enjoys walking, reading, crafting and watching football.

Shannon, a reliable and organized Senior Sourcing Manager, has been serving with PS since 2018. Shannon has over six years of experience in the industry, previously working as a Production Manager at a political and nonprofit direct marketing agency, and as a Senior Production Specialist at an automotive marketing agency. Shannon practices patience, and her unique ability is mastering excel spreadsheets for cost comparison, scheduling her week, and anything to make her team and clients’ jobs easier. To Shannon, impeccable customer service experiences consist of open communication with our supplier partners and clients. Shannon is passionate about her occupation of ultimately serving nonprofit organizations because she values focusing on restoring and retaining our country’s history and historic places. One of Shannon’s strongest suits is communicating authentically – she believes that the best way to serve our clients is through transparent communication and honesty. ​

Shannon lives in Sterling, Virginia with her husband, daughter, dog, and is particularly interested in science fiction, 60s music and cooking! She enjoys spending her free time reading, watching movies and baking. ​

Shantelle serves PS as a Junior Account Manager. She has been with PS since 2017, and Shantelle’s supportive and patient attitude that she practices on a day to day basis is her unique capability. She is calm and centered which enables her team to work together seamlessly.​

She enjoys spending time with family, reading, watching football and going to social events with friends. Shantelle is a Dallas Cowboys fan, her favorite TV show is the Big Bang Theory and her favorite holiday is Memorial Day!​

Steffen, a positive thought leader, is an Account Manager and has been serving PS since 2020. Working remotely from Portland, Oregon, Steffen love a fast-paced work environment and is a great team player and communicator. Steffen has over 14 years of experience in the industry, and his clients include Smithsonian Institution and CARE. Steffen's positive and personal approach paired with his drive to deliver impeccable customer service experiences makes him an invaluable asset to PS.​

In his free time, Steffen loves to do outdoor activities and be active! He is also fluent in German and French.​

Steve has been serving PS as an Account Manager since 2016. Bringing over 30 years of direct marketing experience, and 12 years of Production experience to PS, Steve recognizes and promotes value for everyone he works with. Steve is a team player and cares deeply for his clients, colleagues, and everyone he works with. It's clear to his team that Steve won’t stop at anything less than providing impeccable customer service experiences, and it shows.​

Steve is from Pennsylvania and he telecommutes from his current home in Dublin, New Hampshire. Some of Steve’s favorite pastimes include kayaking, mountain biking,  snowshoeing, and hiking. Steve’s favorite movie is Star Wars and his favorite TV show is Breaking Bad! ​

Susan is a results-oriented, marketing and production professional, and has been serving with PS as an Account Manager since 2020. Susan is experienced working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. She is a loyal team player with excellent time management, communication and organizational skills. Susan has over 25 years of experience in the industry, her background includes working at print and mail shops in the New England area as an Account Manager, focusing on customer service. She has experience with non-profit organizations, educational institutions and health care companies, managing their direct mail campaigns and print needs. ​Susan telecommutes full time from her home in Burlington, Vermont overlooking the Green Mountains. She enjoys HGTV, spending time with family, traveling and summer weekends at the family lake house on Lake Champlain in Vermont.

Virginia is a Senior Account Manager and she has been working with PS since 2012. Virginia is from Philomont, Virginia, and she loves to spend time with her kids, Mckenzie and Reilly, and her horses, corgi and cat. Virginia is also interested in photography and volleyball, her favorite food is Mexican and her favorite TV show is Grey’s Anatomy. Virginia has over eight years of experience working with direct mail and nonprofit organizations, and her clients include Compassion & Choices, amfAR, and Galapagos. Virginia is committed to delivering impeccable service experiences to her clients, and she uses a positive and personal approach with everyone she works with.

Wade, an inspiring thought leader, is an Account Manager and has been serving with PS since 2021. Wade has previously worked as an account manager/customer service lead for a multi-faceted manufacturing company. He serviced accounts across 7 different divisions - sheetfed offset/digital, envelopes (digital/litho/flexo), mail-shop, wide format/signage, apparel (screen print/DTG /embroidery), promotional, and fulfillment. Wade has over 16 years of experience in our industry, and he leads by example and inspires many with his positive and personal outlook and ability to foster strong relationships. Wade is dedicated to professional growth, both for himself and for his teammates. When asked what delivering an excellent customer service experience means to him, Wade said it means going the extra mile to make sure a client is both pleased and satisfied with a company's products or services. Wade is passionate about serving non-profit organizations because they strengthen communities by providing the educational, health, and social services that citizens need. Wade is a firm believer in focusing on the positive, and leading by example! Wade lives in Virginia, and the Natural Chimneys - known for its towering limestone formations - is in his backyard! His house is just minutes away! A fun fact about Wade? Baking is one of his hobbies - from simple, single-serve desserts to 5-tiered wedding cakes. He also loves to spend time with his family.
