Be in the Know: 2023 USPS Informed Delivery Promotion

It’s here!  The 2023 Informed Delivery promotion registration starts June 15 and you don’t want to miss it!

2023 has gotten off to a roaring start with over $200,000 in postage savings from the first two promotions of the year.  We can’t wait to help you save even more in our most popular and easy-to-use promotion of the year.

To start saving, here are a few things you need to know:

1. The ID discount is up to 4% of the postage cost for the entire mailing.
2. The enrollment period starts now, but the promotion begins on August 1 and runs through the end of the year.
3. Eligible mail includes automated Non-profit letters and flats as well as First class mail with a full-service IMB.

One final tip: If you are currently running the Emerging Technology promotion by adding a QR code to your mailings, you will want to switch over to Informed Delivery on August 1 to take advantage of a higher discount (Emerging Tech is 3% of postage on the pieces containing the tech, ID is 4% on the whole mailing).
