PS Employee Testimonial – Courtney Battle

Courtney, a positive team player, is a Billing Specialist here at PS and she has been serving alongside us since 2021. Courtney has over 10 years of experience in Finance from working in various aspects of the field such as billing, auditing, and accounts receivable. She is a critical thinker, a great listener, and she is always willing to help. Courtney excels at office administration and conflict resolution. To Courtney, delivering an excellent customer service experience means assisting a client with their current need, thanking the client for their partnership, and providing them with options and/or solutions that may be able to enhance their business. Courtney is also an authentic communicator – she believes that leaders must be able to provide a safe space for dialogue but also be able to provide feedback that empowers and sparks creativity.

Working remotely from Triangle, Virginia, Courtney enjoys cooking, reading, writing, traveling, and spending time with her husband in her free time. She is passionate about Heart health, Lupus, and education. Courtney is a two-time open heart surgery survivor!
